Who we are and what this notice covers

Agaisimi, De Merel 4, 5328 GA Rossum, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the personal data described below. This notice covers our informational company website and enquiries you send us by email. This website does not provide account registration, payments or chair controls.

Website visits and hosting

We use Netlify, Inc. to host and deliver this website. When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and information about your browser. This data is needed to deliver pages, investigate technical problems and protect the website against abuse.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure company website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

We process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the information in your message to answer your enquiry and handle any follow-up. This takes place through our email service. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about Agaisimi (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please include only the information needed for your enquiry.

Service providers and processing outside the EEA

Netlify processes hosting data on our behalf as a processor under its Data Processing Agreement (DPA, PDF). Netlify and its subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. The DPA describes the applicable transfer mechanisms: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, with EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, or longer where a legal obligation requires it.

Hosting data is subject to the retention and deletion arrangements with Netlify. Its published DPA describes deletion after the service ends but does not specify a fixed retention period for individual visitor logs. Contact us for further information about data relating to your visit.

Cookies and external links

We do not add cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers to these pages. There are no contact forms or embedded third-party services. Fonts are provided by your device; stylesheets are served from our own website. Technical hosting data is still needed even without cookies.

Links to other websites are ordinary links, not embedded content. If you follow one, that provider's own privacy notice applies on its website.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on your circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of its processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. Send your request to info@agaisimi.com. We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we will tell you within that month and explain why.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
